How to book your ticket:
It is essential that all graduands and guests book their tickets through TicketSource, Graduand tickets are complimentary, while guest tickets start at £12.50 each. There is no restriction on the number of guest tickets that can be purchased to accompany our graduating students.
What to expect on the day?
10:45 am – Guests are invited to join us at the venue reception. We recommend that students arrive a bit earlier to ensure they have enough time for gown fitting and formal photography.
11:45 am – Graduation Ceremony Commences
1:00 pm – Graduation Ceremony Closes
1:15 pm – Post Ceremony Reception, guests are encouraged to relax, and enjoy refreshments. Family photography is open.
Gowning:
We encourage all our graduating students to hire a cap and gown for their graduation ceremony, which is available through Evess Group (please note there is a hire fee).
On the day of the ceremony, Evess Group will deliver your cap and gown to the venue, and you will have the opportunity to be properly fitted before the ceremony begins. We recommend that students wear formal attire beneath their gowns for this special occasion.
